We had our first charter trip this morning, and we had a blast! We had great weather, warm sunshine and good fishing! We ended with 4 rainbow trout, and 3 king salmon. Our best setup was Michigan stinger and Pro King green spoons on sidepoles with slide divers and 3 color leadcore lines with Michigan Stinger green/gold spoons.
Hello! We put the High Roller in the water yesterday and now we are doing some fine tuning on the equipment today and we are ready to fish! I heard reports of some rainbow trout and coho salmon being caught in 90-120 feet of water on small spoons in the top 20 feet of water.
Hello, and welcome back to my blog page! The High Roller is scheduled to go in for the season on May 16th. Check back for all my fishing reports and I will try to post some new pictures too! Thanks for visiting! Capt. Dean

We did some fun fishing this morning, and fishing was good! We fished just outside Sheboygan harbor and the King salmon are still there! We ended with 9 nice Kings. We had our best luck on small Silver Hordes. Wonder bread pattern and green/gold was our best colors.
Our fishing charter was a huge success this morning! We got our limit of King salmon in under 4 hours! We were fishing in front of the Sheboygan harbor in 40-60 feet of water using mostly small Silver Hordes, green/glow and black ladder/glow were our best, also wonderbread pattern worked well after the sun came up.
The king salmon are coming in! We were on a charter trip this morning fishing 40-60 feet of water in front of Sheboygan harbor. We have been using a mixture of spoons and small Silver Hordes. Best colors are green/glow and black/glow in low light and green/silver in daylight.
My first mate Darren and I are entered in the Coho derby's "super tournament" and we finished in 4th place at the end of the second day out of 46 boats entered. We had or best luck fishing between Pigeon river and Whistling Straights Golf Course in 90-130 feet of water. Most of our luck was on copper lines, 150 and 200 footers with flashers and flies.
